The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was excellent, very close to the metro station and easily accessible taxis.- The fact that there were three big shopping malls nearby was an added bonus.

The room given to us was small, despite being upgraded. Room service was slow and on two occasions, they got our order wrong.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the Maltepe metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There is also a large supermarket nearby, perfect for picking up any necessities. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a luxurious stay. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and well-trained, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious Turkish and European dishes, catering to different tastes. The hotel also has an indoor pool and gym, perfect for relaxing and staying active during your stay.

The location may not be ideal for tourists looking to stay close to the city center.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the facilities. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was a great place to unwind, although the water was a bit chilly for swimming. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. I had a pleasant experience at Arjaan and would recommend it to others.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly luxurious. The exclusive amenities – including the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge – exceeded our expectations. The heated swimming pool and sun terrace were particularly impressive. The room advantages were also noteworthy, with private facilities that added to our overall comfort. The bar/lounge area and restaurant were both delightful, and we enjoyed the selection of Halal food.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the buffet breakfast. Although delicious, the selection could have been more varied.

The massage we received was exceptional, and we felt completely relaxed in the spa lounge. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay, and the room advantages were just what we needed for a comfortable stay.
