The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was excellent, very close to the metro station and easily accessible taxis. The fact that there were three big shopping malls nearby was an added bonus.

The room given to us was small, despite being upgraded. Room service was slow and on two occasions, they got our order wrong.

There is also a large supermarket nearby, perfect for picking up any necessities. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a luxurious stay. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and well-trained, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious Turkish and European dishes, catering to different tastes. The hotel also has an indoor pool and gym, perfect for relaxing and staying active during your stay.

The location may not be ideal for tourists looking to stay close to the city center.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was definitely the highlight of our stay, with a wonderful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the massage we received was exceptional, and we felt completely relaxed in the spa lounge.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was with the restaurant. While the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of choices, the dinner was not exceptional compared to other hotels.
