The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was excellent, very close to the metro station and easily accessible taxis. The fact that there were three big shopping malls nearby was an added bonus.
The room given to us was small, despite being upgraded. Room service was slow and on two occasions, they got our order wrong.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel was very close to a big supermarket, making it convenient for us to stock up on essentials. the hotel's location next to the metro station allowed for easy access to the center of the city. We were able to explore all the popular attractions without any hassle. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was definitely the highlight of our stay, with a wonderful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the massage we received was exceptional, and we felt completely relaxed in the spa lounge.
The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was with the restaurant. While the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of choices, the dinner was not exceptional compared to other hotels.
